STEP 1: LET'S CONNECT

It all starts with a quick email or phone call. From there, you can either complete a simple online intake questionnaire or schedule a complimentary discovery call— whichever you prefer! During the discovery process, we’ll explore your project goals, budget, and timeline, and I’ll recommend the best level of support to fit your needs.

Need Quick Advice? If you’re looking for answers to specific questions— like furniture arrangement, a front door paint color, or décor suggestions— my “Ask-M.E.-Anything” session is a one-hour paid consultation packed with expert guidance and actionable advice.​

STEP 2: PROPOSAL

Once we decide on the right service, I’ll send a customized proposal outlining the investment, timeline, and next steps — all tailored just for you.

STEP 3: QUESTIONNAIRE

Understanding your style preferences is key to creating a space you’ll truly love. Through your dedicated Client Portal in Notion, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire designed to gather insights into your goals, needs, and preferences.

STEP 4: CLIENT UPLOADS

You'll follow simple instructions to take measurements and photos of your space. Upload everything into your portal— and then the magic begins!

STEP 5: DEVELOPMENT

Within 7–10 days, you’ll receive a curated Mood Board that brings your style and vision to life. We'll review it together and make any tweaks needed before moving forward with the full design.

STEP 6: DESIGN GUIDE

Once the Mood Board is approved, you’ll get your complete, customized Design Guide, including:

- A 2D rendering of your redesigned space

- Concept designs to help you visualize the transformation

- A clickable shopping list with all curated furniture, décor, and accessories

- Easy-to-follow installation instructions

- A personalized walkthrough video so you can execute with confidence

If you're focusing solely on paint selections, the process for VIRTUAL COLOR CONSULTING is even simpler! Instead of a Mood Board or 2D rendering, you'll receive your photos marked up in a "paint-by-number" format— making it crystal clear where each color should go.
